Winterbrook led a two-step land use process to relocate the Warrenton-Hammond School District’s three public schools on a 58-acre site outside of the tsunami zone.
Winterbrook worked with the college on a major building expansion for new classroom and student services building (Building 7), and later for space to expand dining, student activities, classrooms, and the bookstore (Building 5).
Winterbrook prepared the Tualatin River Farm Master Plan in 2017. The master plan provided that foundation for the Watershed Management Division’s decision to relocate its landscape contracting business to TRF in 2018.
Winterbrook teamed with Anderson Dabrowski Architects to prepare a master plan and land use application for an Eye Care Center in Wilsonville’s Town Center area.
Winterbrook Planning led the land use planning efforts for the Vanport Building. The multi-jurisdictional project included working with Portland State University and City of Portland.
Winterbrook prepared a consolidated application for a comp plan map amendment, zone change and Type III Design Review to allow for the expansion of Under Armour Corporation’s regional northwest headquarters.
Based on Winterbrook research related to the 1997 North Harbour Type III master plan approval and nine related land use decisions, BDS allowed a 264-unit apartment structure off North Marine Drive to be reviewed through a Type II process.
Winterbrook led the land use and sensitive areas review process for the siting and construction of a wastewater pump station adjacent to the Lake Oswego Main Canal.
