Tualatin River Farm (TRF) tests and grows native nursery stock that is used by Clean Water Service’s Watershed Management Division for watershed restoration projects throughout the region. Winterbrook prepared the Tualatin River Farm Master Plan in 2017. The master plan provided that foundation for the Watershed Management Division’s decision to relocate its landscape contracting business to TRF in 2018. Working closely with Resolve Architecture and CWS staff, Winterbrook prepared a detailed land use application for this facility, which was approved by Washington County on March 5, 2019.
