Winterbrook worked as contract planning staff augmentation for Columbia County to prepare code updates, staff reports, hearing presentations, etc.
Tualatin River Farm
Winterbrook prepared the Tualatin River Farm Master Plan in 2017. The master plan provided that foundation for the Watershed Management Division’s decision to relocate its landscape contracting business to TRF in 2018.
