Winterbrook prepared a consolidated application for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Zone Change and Design Review to allow for the expansion of Under Armour’s regional northwest headquarters. City Council unanimously approved the proposal, which enjoyed broad neighborhood support.

Previously, Winterbrook worked closely with Interurban Development and Boora Architects to prepare the design review application for the old YMCA Building on Barbur Boulevard. The Design Commission unanimously approved the project design in 2015.
