Winterbrook led land use and environmental permitting tasks to allow expansion of treatment and distribution facilities on the Lusted Hill site in Multnomah County, which contains steep slope and environmental resource areas.

Winterbrook prepared a wildlife conservation plan to address and mitigate environmental impacts of development within this area, and a successful land use package including Multnomah County land use applications for Community Service Use, Design Review, Significant Environmental Concern – Wildlife Habitat, and Hillside Development.
