After 6 years of dedication and behind-the-scenes leadership at Winterbrook Planning, Kathy Hawkins is beginning a well-earned transition into retirement.

As Winterbrook’s longtime Project Coordinator and Office Manager, Kathy has been an essential part of the team, supporting everything from human resources and bookkeeping to invoicing, payroll, project coordination, and day-to-day office operations. Her steady presence, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed have played a major role in keeping the firm running smoothly.

As Winterbrook approaches its 25-year anniversary next month, we are especially grateful for the people who have helped shape the firm over the years. Kathy’s contributions have been an important part of that story and of the collaborative culture that defines Winterbrook today.

As Kathy begins this next chapter, she has also done an incredible job helping Liz Stewart transition into the Office Manager role. Kathy’s patience, guidance, and support have helped Liz quickly get up to speed and positioned the office for a smooth transition moving forward.
