Highlighted Projects

Catlin Gabel School

Winterbrook provides on-call planning services to the school on a range of land use issues: construction of outdoor education facilities; potential changes in campus zoning; and negotiation with nearby developers to reduce impacts on the school.

Corvallis Waterfront

Winterbrook led permitting tasks to obtain greenway, design and environmental approvals for improvements to Corvallis’ Willamette Park.

East Gresham Elementary

Winterbrook led land use permitting tasks for approval of a new school in Gresham as part of the 2016 Gresham-Barlow School Bond.

Eye Health Northwest

Winterbrook teamed with Anderson Dabrowski Architects to prepare a land use application for an Eye Care Center in Wilsonville’s Town Center area.

Vanport Building

Winterbrook guided the project through the city’s land use process, preparing a complex application including design review, modifications, and adjustments.

Leach Botanical Garden

Winterbrook led the land use and environmental planning tasks for the Upper Garden Development Project at Portland’s Leach Botanical Garden.

Wallowa County Wildfire Hazard Overlay (WHO) Zone

Winterbrook worked closely with retired Planning Director Harold Black to prepare amendments to the Natural Hazard chapter of the Wallowa County Comprehensive Plan.

Warrenton Hammond School District

Winterbrook led a two-step land use process to relocate the Warrenton-Hammond School District’s three public schools on a 58-acre site outside of the tsunami zone.

Washington Park Reservoirs
