Winterbrook Planning prepared the comprehensive plan map and UGB amendment application for the Unitarian Universalists Church in Bend, Oregon.
Vanport Building
Winterbrook Planning led the land use planning efforts for the Vanport Building. The multi-jurisdictional project included working with Portland State University and City of Portland.

Warrenton Hammond School Relocation
Winterbrook led a two-step land use process to relocate the Warrenton-Hammond School District’s three public schools on a 58-acre site outside of the tsunami zone.
Washington Park Reservoirs
Winterbrook led the land use and environmental compliance tasks for a new below-ground reservoir and the historic redevelopment of open water features in the Washington Park Reservoirs Historic District.
