Winterbrook worked with a Westwind Lavender Farm in the west hills area of Multnomah County on a code enforcement and farmland preservation case.

The compliance issue required addressing numerous issues, including the status of County-permitted buildings on the site, historic building permit research, driveway access permits, state law for agricultural building exemptions, and multiple strategy discussions with the property owner, attorneys, and the County.
