Grace and our team collaborated with Vernonia to “swap” land within the UGB—removing residential land unsuitable for development and bringing in a more practical area located near a school and surrounded on three sides by the existing UGB.
This was the second meeting of the Housing Roundtable group in Sweet Home, Oregon. The group was made up of residents and producers of housing in Sweet Home.
Scotia Western States Housing home office approved the narrative for the SW Canby development. Process included a public engagement aspect.
