McMinnville High School Under Construction
Construction is progressing on a significant expansion of McMinnville High School. Winterbrook obtained the land use permit for the school expansion in 2016, including conditional use review and a height variance for the roof of the new gymnasium.

PCC Child Care Center Under Construction
PCC Rock Creek continues to grow, due to voter-financed construction, and Winterbrook’s help in obtaining land use permits. New projects include two major additions to existing campus buildings and a child care center for students and staff.

Tualatin River Farm Expansion Approved
Working closely with Clean Water Services and Resolve Architecture, Winterbrook prepared a detailed land use application to allow a landscape contractor business at Tualatin River Farm. Washington County approved this application on March 5, 2019. Winterbrook previously prepared the Master Plan for Tualatin River Farm.

Treasure Valley Reload Center
The Nyssa City Council and the Malheur County Board unanimously approved the Winterbrook’s application for the Treasure Valley Reload Center.

Vanport Building Approved
Winterbrook guided the project through the city’s land use process, preparing a complex application including design review, modifications, and adjustments.

Scappoose Airpark Under Construction
With the permitting process under wraps, east side Scappoose Airpark improvements are officially under way!

Fairview Meadows Approved
Winterbrook teamed with Leeb Architects to prepare a land use application for a 200-unit mixed-use development in the City of Fairview.
Skyline Replacement Dwelling Approved
Winterbrook successfully navigated client, builder, and County requirements to achieve County land use approval for a dream home that will integrate seamlessly with identified wildlife and scenic resources on site.

Eye Health Northwest Wilsonville Eye Center Approved
The project received unanimous approval by Wilsonville's Development Review Board on June 11, 2018.

Proposal Rock Appeal
In 2004, BORA Architects contracted with Winterbrook to prepare a natural resource inventory for South Beach Cove in Neskowin.

Seaside Approves School Campus Application
The Seaside Planning Commission unanimously approved Winterbrook’s consolidated application for a new school campus above the tsunami inundation zone.
