Winterbrook Planning worked with Scotia Western States Housing to prepare a successful land use application for 63 townhomes in Happy Valley. 

The project is located on a challenging infill site, and required coordination with City planning and engineering staff, as well as the Eagle Landing Homeowner’s Association, to ensure a smooth approval process. The land use applications included Design Review and a Land Division to create a stormwater tract.

The application achieved a positive staff report recommendation and was unanimously approved by the Happy Valley Design Review Board on February 24th, 2021.
