Sweet Home Housing Production Strategy
Larissa helped lead a Housing Production Strategy for the City of Sweet Home, which identified measurable production targets for middle and multifamily housing. Working with Kearns & West and city staff, she supported an inclusive engagement process praised by the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) and housing advocates for advancing fair housing objectives.
Happy Valley Housing Production Strategy
Larissa played a key role in preparing Happy Valley’s Housing Production Strategy, unanimously adopted by City Council. Her contributions helped the city define actionable steps to increase housing opportunities and reduce regulatory barriers while meeting state planning requirements.
Estacada Code Diagnostic Report
Larissa supported a comprehensive audit of Estacada’s development code, identifying more than 100 potential updates to improve usability, consistency, and compliance with state law. Her analysis provided a clear roadmap for future code updates and decision-making.
Larissa holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) as of this year!
