Working closely with Clean Water Services and Resolve Architecture, Winterbrook prepared a detailed land use application to allow a landscape contractor business at Tualatin River Farm. Washington County approved this application on March 5, 2019. Winterbrook previously prepared the Master Plan for Tualatin River Farm.
The Nyssa City Council and the Malheur County Board unanimously approved the Winterbrookâs application for the Treasure Valley Reload Center.
Winterbrook teamed with Leeb Architects to prepare a land use application for a 200-unit mixed-use development in the City of Fairview.
Winterbrook successfully navigated client, builder, and County requirements to achieve County land use approval for a dream home that will integrate seamlessly with identified wildlife and scenic resources on site.
The project received unanimous approval by Wilsonville’s Development Review Board on June 11, 2018.
