Bryant Road Pump Station
Project Categories
Winterbrook led the land use and sensitive areas review process for the siting and construction of a pump station adjacent to the Lake Oswego Main Canal. This process included preparing the conditional use, design review, sensitive lands and special flood hazard area permits. Winterbrook also prepared the landscape plan, mitigation plan, and worked with the architects to design an innovative building with green roof and rain garden. Winterbrook facilitated a series of neighborhood and community meetings.
The City’s Development Review Commission unanimously approved the project in 2009. Construction was completed in 2011. The Lake Oswego Interceptor Sewer project received a 2012 Public Works Project of the Year award from the American Public Works Association.
