Congratulations to Larissa Gladding on her one-year anniversary with Winterbrook Planning! Since joining us, Larissa has made an outstanding impact, bringing her passion for creative, people-centered planning to every project. With a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Larissa combines her skills in public engagement, policy analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration to tackle complex planning challenges.

In her first year, she has worked on projects such as the Estacada On-Call Planning, where she assists the City of Estacada with planning services, and Oregon’s DLCD housing planning assistance grants (particularly in Sweet Home), contributing vital research, demographic analysis, and public outreach.

We’re thrilled to have Larissa on our team and look forward to many more years of her creativity and dedication at Winterbrook Planning!
