Happy 3 year anniversary to Larissa Gladding
Today, we’re celebrating three years of Larissa Gladding, AICP, as part of the Winterbrook planning team. Larissa brings a thoughtful mix of creativity, analysis, and empathy to housing planning, land use, and public engagement to Oregon and beyond.
Over the past year, Larissa has been supporting the City of Estacada’s DLCD-funded code amendment project and the City of Lafayette’s DLCD-funded Housing Capacity Analysis — both aimed at encouraging housing production while helping cities navigate Oregon’s complex and changing state housing laws, and both involving engagement with the public and local decision-makers. In Lafayette, her work has also included GIS and data analysis to help identify housing needs and development opportunities.
Larissa also recently supported work on the PeaceHealth Vancouver Rehabilitation Hospital, stretching her planning expertise across the river into Washington. The project called for creative problem-solving to integrate a major new healthcare facility into an established urban area.
From Milwaukee, Wisconsin to cities across Oregon and Washington, Larissa’s versatility and genuine care for the communities she serves have made her an invaluable part of the Winterbrook team.
Congrats, Larissa!
