SW Portland Planned Development Approved
The SW Canby narrative was approved by the City of Portland hearings office with staff support. Public engagement process included 8 neighborhood meetings and resulted in local support with no opposing testimony by the Multnomah Village Neighborhood Association.
The project includes 25 detached single-family homes on a 4.57-acre site as a multi-dwelling development through planned development process. Environmental Review and planned development modifications are requested to enable the planned development while fully protecting the resource area. The proposal included common open space and private driveways, as well as public street and stormwater easement dedications.

The site is adjacent to apartments to the west, Gabriel Park to the north, detached single-family houses to the northeast, and the Multnomah Village Post Office to the east and southeast.
