We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Grace Coffey to the position of Senior Planner at Winterbrook Planning!

Grace started with us 2 years ago as an Assistant Planner, has been an invaluable member of our team as an Associate Planner, and her dedication, expertise, and passion for urban planning have made her an indispensable asset to our projects.

With a background in housing projects, GIS and spatial analysis, zoning, code research and development, as well as community engagement, Grace has consistently demonstrated her ability to tackle complex challenges with creativity and precision. Her commitment to reducing inequalities, providing opportunities, and creating better environments shines through in her work.

Grace’s educational journey, from earning her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning and Sustainable Development to completing her Master of Urban and Regional Planning, has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of planning principles. Her involvement in various projects, such as the Vernonia UGB Swap, Turner Development Code Analysis and Update, and Astoria Waterfront Development Code Updates, highlights her capability to drive meaningful change and deliver successful outcomes.
