We are excited to welcome Keava Campbell to the Winterbrook Planning team! With a Master of Science in City Planning and Design from Queen’s University Belfast and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Sustainability from Oregon State University, Keava brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a passion for sustainable urban development.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude in all three of her degrees, Keava has lived, worked, and studied across three continents, including New Zealand and Ireland. Her career has spanned roles from a Traffic Safety Intern, to Town Planner, to a Structural Design Technician with DOWL Engineers in Oregon. Keava is passionate about creating people-centered spaces and enhancing community livability, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and navigating complex planning environments. We are eager to see how she applies her diverse experience to new challenges, particularly in both urban and rural contexts.
