Winterbrook worked with a property owner in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood of Portland on dividing an oversize lot to build a second house on the site.

The project was complicated by an earlier property line adjustment, easements, private street access, and an irregular lot configuration. The process required meetings with city planning staff, property history research, outreach to city service bureaus, and multiple design iterations.
