Winterbrook led the development review process for a major renovation to a 50 year old building, for use by an orthopedic and sports medicine group.

The 32,000 square foot building received new cladding on exterior walls, new windows, relocated access points, and improvements to surrounding courtyards and parking areas. The medical use of the building was significantly expanded and office uses reduced.

The application required a detailed inventory of interior space to accommodate a code limitation, coordinating a traffic study, and addressing tree removal standards.
