Winterbrook Planning prepared delineation of wetlands and waters (streams) in proximity to the trail and boardwalk crossings in the Master Plan. Total length of stream and wetland delineation is estimated to be up to 2,000 linear feet.

Wetland boundaries, data plots and stream ordinary high-water limits within the wetland study were documented using a hand-held GPS unit with sub-meter accuracy. Winterbrook compiled field documentation and prepare wetland delineation report meeting Oregon Department of State Lands standards. Winterbrook then submitted wetland delineation report to DSL for concurrence (a 4-month review) and responded to comments from DSL as needed.
