Winterbrook contracted with the Curtis family to annex and rezone their 10-acre site from residential to light industrial use near the Ontario Airport and the Yturri Beltline. 

Working closely with Planning Director Dan Cummings, we demonstrated why the proposal complied with the Ontario Comprehensive Plan and applicable Statewide Planning Goals – especially Goals 9 (Economic Development), 10 (Housing), 11 (Public Facilities) and 12 (Transportation).  The Planning Commission unanimously approved the application on July 8, 2019.
