Jesse, our Managing Principal, has been a cornerstone of the firm, bringing expertise and dedication to urban and regional planning. With a career spanning nearly three decades, he has guided countless complex projects, demonstrating a unique blend of technical proficiency and leadership.

Jesse’s journey with Winterbrook began shortly after earning his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and his Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. From providing technical analysis and GIS mapping support in his early days, to leading comprehensive long-range planning projects and on-call contracts for cities and counties, Jesse’s contributions have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s success.

Over the years, Jesse has obtained crucial certifications such as AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) and PMP (Project Management Professional), credentials reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development. His project portfolio includes significant endeavors like the expansion of Columbia Memorial Hospital, overhauls of development code for cities across the state, the development of Under Armour’s Northwest headquarters, and extensive work with the Portland Water Bureau to ensure a safe and reliable water supply for the metro region.
