Administrative Professionals Day is a time to recognize the people who keep workplaces running—handling the details, supporting teams, and making everything work behind the scenes. At Winterbrook Planning, that person is Kathy Hawkins.

As our Project Coordinator and Office Manager, Kathy manages HR, payroll, bookkeeping, and project support with calm expertise and attention to detail. For over five years, she’s been the steady hand behind much of our day-to-day success.

Kathy brings a wealth of experience from previous roles in banking, hospitality, construction, and consulting. She also studied business at Portland State University—all while raising two children. Outside the office, she’s an adventurer, reader, and animal shelter volunteer.
