Winterbrook led the effort to obtain land use approvals for educational projects funded by the College’s 2014 bond measure.  Needed projects were identified in “Imagine Clackamas” and resulted from an extensive community engagement effort.  Winterbrook prepared the 2020 concept master plan (approved by Oregon City in 2008) that serves as the framework for $60 million in improvements at the Oregon City campus.
