With the permitting process under wraps, east side Scappoose Airpark improvements are officially under way! Winterbrook prepared the urban growth boundary amendment required for this project, and we look forward to seeing airport-related industries take off in Scappoose, Oregon.

The project allowed for Portland Community College to locate in Scappoose, with a 20-acre educational parcel also under development.
