Happy 1-year work anniversary to Morgan Snyder

Today, we’re celebrating one year of Morgan Snyder, AICP, as part of the Winterbrook team!

As an Associate Planner, Morgan brings a rare blend of rural county experience and fast-growing city problem-solving experience to all her projects.

Morgan’s first year has been busy. She teamed up with senior planner Ben Schonberger on land use applications for Clackamas Community College’s new Holden Natural Resources Center, drawing on her own history as a CCC alum to help smooth the path for this long-running master planning effort.

She also worked on a major overhaul of Malheur County’s resource land provisions, untangling over a decade of farm and forest legislative changes into clearer code for staff and residents alike — work that earned unanimous approval from the Malheur County Court and may make Malheur the first Oregon county to reflect the 2026 legislative updates.

And alongside associate planner Keava Campbell, Morgan has been digging into the Town of Bonanza’s housing and infrastructure needs as part of our DLCD-funded housing work, laying the groundwork for a Housing Action Plan that will help the community meet state housing laws while planning for its future.
From New Mexico to Oregon, Morgan’s public-sector perspective and knack for finding a path through complex challenges have made her an invaluable part of our team.

Congrats Morgan!
