We’re excited to welcome Dagny Daniel to Winterbrook Planning as our newest Planner!

Dagny earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Oregon. She brings experience in housing policy, land use planning, and community engagement, along with a passion for helping communities shape their own futures.

Before joining Winterbrook, Dagny volunteered with Housing Land Advocates, reviewing Housing Production Strategies and Post-Acknowledgment Plan Amendments for communities across Oregon. She also interned with the City of Newport, supporting long-range planning, infrastructure planning, and public engagement.

Her experience includes leading the Cathedral Park Community Strategic Action & Implementation Plan as part of her Portland State University capstone and developing a proposed development code update for the City of Cottage Grove to support urban agriculture.

We’re excited to have Dagny on the team and look forward to the great work ahead.
