As our Project Coordinator and Office Manager, Kathy keeps daily operations running smoothly—supporting HR, payroll, bookkeeping, and project coordination with steady reliability and care.

She brings a diverse background in banking, hospitality, construction, and consulting, along with strong adaptability and experience that benefits the entire team.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time in the Pacific Northwest—kayaking, ziplining, wine tasting, reading, and volunteering with a local animal shelter.
