We’re delighted to welcome Morgan Snyder, AICP, to Winterbrook Planning as our newest Associate Planner! Today marks her first day, and we’re excited to see the expertise, creativity, and energy she’ll bring to our team as our 5th AICP-certified planner.

Planning Experience

Morgan has a strong background in both rural and urban planning. She has worked with Polk County, the City of Bend, and most recently served as the City of Redmond’s first dedicated Associate turned Senior Long-Range Planner. Her work has included housing programs, public facility planning, water-wise development standards, and code updates—always with a focus on making land use processes accessible and engaging for communities.

Morgan is passionate about problem-solving and community participation, values that align closely with Winterbrook’s mission. She brings a public-sector perspective and a proven ability to balance growth, equity, and environmental responsibility. These skills will serve our clients and communities well.
