Winterbrook Planning is pleased to share progress on one of our medical facilities projects: the renovation of a 50-year-old, 32,000 sq ft Lake Oswego building to serve Orthopedic Sports Medicine of Oregon and Therapeutic Associates.

Designed to modernize the facility, the renovation includes new exterior cladding, updated windows, repositioned access points, and enhanced courtyards and parking areas. The medical component expands, while office spaces are reduced to better serve patient care and treatment needs.

Our team coordinated a detailed interior space inventory to comply with code limits, commissioned a traffic study, and addressed tree removal standards with care. These steps ensured a smoother development review process. Now, the building transformation is underway and visual progress is clear—as shown in the photos.

Therapeutic Associates is a locally owned physical therapy provider offering personalized rehabilitation, performance training, athletic medicine, and wellness services across the Pacific Northwest.

Sports Medicine Oregon (Orthopedic Sports Medicine of Oregon) specializes in orthopedic care and sports injury treatment, serving patients throughout the region with expertise in joint, tendon, ligament, and athletic injury management.
