Alex Pichacz has joined Winterbrook Planning as an assistant planner. He has experience with Oregon farm and forest planning, having previously worked for Clackamas and Benton Counties on those issues.

Pichacz has authored reports on a recreational surfing wave in downtown Missoula, Montana and affordable housing policies in his home state of New Jersey. He has a master’s degree in geography from the University of Montana.
