Winterbrook worked with the college on a major building expansion for new classroom and student services building (Building 7), and later for space to expand dining, student activities, classrooms, and the bookstore (Building 5).

Separately, Winterbrook obtained land use permits for a new child care facility for college students and staff.

Secondary projects included a solar array, a caretaker dwelling, and secondary campus access to the public street network. These permits required multiple Washington County land use, environmental, and design reviews to permit specific buildings, and coordination with project architects, transportation experts, and civil engineers.
