Winterbrook led land use permitting tasks for two similar school expansions in Gresham: Hall and Hollydale Elementary Schools.

Each school will get a six-classroom addition to relieve overcrowding and provide additional educational space, consistent with the 2016 Gresham-Barlow School Bond. New site plans add landscaping and improve site circulation around and within the buildings. Hall Elementary’s plan also adds a bus loop to improve student safety at pick up and drop off. Both schools are adjacent to city parks that are integrated into the site plans.
