Portland International Raceway Master Plan
Winterbrook updated the master plan for Portland International Raceway – a major motorsports facility owned and operated by the Portland’s parks department.

Portland Waterfront Park
Winterbrook advised the design team on compliance with Historic District Guidelines and the compatibility of improvements with the Historic District. The project was approved by the Portland Landmarks Commission and has since been constructed.

River District Navigation Center
Winterbrook provided pro-bono services to the Oregon Harbor of Hope to lead the land use planning and regulatory compliance process for the River District Navigation Center at the Broadway Bridge.

Scappoose Industrial Lands Program
Winterbrook led a team including Johnson-Reid, Otak, and DKS in evaluating the City of Scappoose’s ability to capitalize on its unique economic development and locational advantages.

Seaside School Campus Outside the Tsunami Inundation Zone
Winterbrook led the Seaside School District’s application to amend the Seaside UGB to accommodate a new K-12 campus above the tsunami inundation zone.

Smith and Bybee Wetlands
Working with Metro, Winterbrook prepared a Comprehensive Natural Resources Plan (CNRP) for the 2,100-acre Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area in North Portland.

Sunnyside Neighborhood Association
Principal Tim Brooks served on the Board of Directors for the Sunnyside Neighborhood Association for 20 years, including 4 years as its President.

The Dalles Periodic Review Program
In the current Phase IV, Winterbrook is assisting the City and affected governmental agencies to develop a coordinated review process that considers and balances the needs of state and federal agencies when accommodating planned urban growth.

The Dalles Periodic Review Projects
Winterbrook managed a comprehensive evaluation of scenic, cultural and natural resources in a 7,000 acre study area to determine potential impacts from urban growth boundary expansion into the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.
