BES Force Avenue Pump Station Replacement
Winterbrook conducted wetland delineations and obtained DSL concurrence for two sites along NE Force Avenue in Portland.

Bryant Road Pump Station

Corvallis Waterfront Park
Winterbrook assisted in determining final layout of proposed improvements so as to have minimal impact on surrounding natural resources and to ensure compliance with numerous regulations and drafting extensive findings and preparing photographic exhibits.

Cottage Grove Industrial Lands
Winterbrook teamed with ECONorthwest to draft an Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA). Part of the project included updating the City’s 2005 Buildable Lands Inventory.

Earl Boyles Elementary
Winterbrook led planning and permitting for an early childhood learning center, coordinating with the school district, public agencies, and area residents.

East Gresham Elementary
Winterbrook led land use permitting tasks for approval of a new school in Gresham as part of the 2016 Gresham-Barlow School Bond.

Eugene Goal 5 ESEE Analysis
Winterbrook prepared an analysis of the economic, social, environmental and energy consequences of three regulatory options for protecting significant wetlands and riparian corridors within the Clear Lake Road Urban Growth Boundary Expansion Area.

Eye Health Northwest Wilsonville Office
Winterbrook teamed with Anderson Dabrowski Architects to prepare a land use application for an Eye Care Center in Wilsonville’s Town Center area.
